Pros
The culture is decent, and can improve upon it by hiring more people of color.
Cons
As a former member of the admin support team, the group needs better support from upper management and from HR in regards to handling conflict amongst one another and amongst the professional staff (Tax and Audit people). Admin support also needs better wages and better raises. Also, it should not be required for Admin support to complete performance reviews or to set goals, especially if there isn't a position above their current role that they can work towards (and especially if there are no positions being created for admin support can be promoted to).
