Pros
Progression expectations and requirements are clear Salary is generous, with company performance-based bonuses. You are allowed to grow and develop with plenty of training resources and support I'm encouraged to raise issues at first occurrence, and feel heard when I do so. I don't feel judged for my mistakes, team understands that human error is natural. Plenty of team socials and volunteering opportunities. My manager understands that workloads need to be manageable and sustainable.
Cons
My training was a little bit hurried because I joined in a busy period The company expectation of 50% office/wfh attendance split in a "flexible working" role is a little bit unnecessary, I don't really need to be in the office to do basically any of my tasks.
