Pros
Firstly although always 'busy', staff were never over worked; the Management ensured that all the teams were well structured, had clear objectives, an were adequately resourced.
Cons
There really are not that many to mention - there was a feeling amongst people that promotion took a long time to achieve, which led some staff to continue their careers elsewhere.
