      Pros

      Good salary, and some great knowledgeable people (but you have to seek them out). Good life work balance.

      Cons

      Lack of long term strategy planning. Lots of utterly clueless people in positions of power. Old boys network is alive and well. Lots of office politics. Bullying culture.
