Forced back to the office with no discussion - Customer Service Representative Aviva Employee Review

Most staff want to work from home & made this clear when we were asked. Management decided everyone should be in 3 days a week regardless of wishes & call it "working smart". Talk of collaboration when in office but the workload is so intense you can't take time off phones so do the job you did at home in office with no difference. No social distancing in office. Constantly pressured to get calls answered. IT complicated.
