      Good place to work overall. Broad global scope is interesting. Some interesting people. Pay is fair. Conditions are good. Head office and Garages are good.

      Cons

      Should focus more on strategy and having a clear strategy and vision. Not enough focus on staff development, and uncovering when people are not performing.
