Pros
Benefits, good pay, yearly bonues, and lots of interensting stuff. Overall, it's a good company, a nice job, good money, and if you work hard, you will be noticed. From time to time,depending on the manager, you will be taken out to beer, or pizza, or whatever. You get medical insurance for you and your family, and private pension.
Cons
Tight schedule, you cannot leave to take your exams, but it depends on the dept. manager. The colleagues are a little stiff, and I think, a little too work addict. In IT, there aren't a lot of career opportunities, and the manager is not so understanding.
