Pros

Great salary, and awesome team communication. Again, this is your TEAM communication.

Cons

Bad Communication with management, they leave you completely deer in head lights blind sided with important information. When your hired you get no orientation. Most companies don't I get it! Avaya floods you with HR paper work and expect you to be a robot with benefits etc. It took me about a week to finish on boarding documents. There is not growth for oppertunity. And the icing on cake; THEY WENT BANKRUPT TWICE. I was laid off here with a weak severance pay right before christmas. GOD bless this company.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
