Pros

Customers that have remained are loyal, which is appreciated. Employees and customers are why we all loved working at Avaya. We have great premise based CC products but the constant churn of executives with different visions/ideas as it relates to cloud, hasn't allowed us to position ourselves in the cloud space and sales and revenue has suffered as a result. It's a vicious circle.

Cons

There have been so many layoffs to account for the lack of revenue it's counterintuitive given we have no viable cloud product to sell. It's not an issue with sales, it's an issue with executive direction and R&D who are continually being asked to reinvent a product that never gets introduced to the market. It's always, "wait 6 months and it will be amazing".

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
