      Pros

      Salary and benefits were good. Many technical organizations allowed flexible starting hours and telecommutting.

      Cons

      Continual downsizing of staff to control costs affects morale and productivity. There is a push to move more R&D off shore (from the US). The minimum number I heard was 40%. The majority of new technical openings seem to be off shore.

      Pros

      The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

      Cons

      The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
