- lack of proper tools to do the job, no short term and long term incentives - interesting from a company that is owned by two large Private Equity (TPG and Silver Lake Partners), apparently AVAYA is the only company from their portfolio that have this lack of a reasonable short term and long term compensation plan. - too much middle mgmt doing the same thing - i.e sales ops does almost the same job that most of finance team, same thing done twice and paid twice
