Pros

Talented and intelligent co-workers in development organizations Vast majority of local managers are very competent, supportive and experienced Most employees do their best for the company, are helpful and team-oriented

Cons

Software development is being moved outside of the US as quickly as possible, requiring early morning meetings and sometimes evenings. Very little mobility within the US Mistakes by the top levels of management has resulted in years of decline and constant cost-cutting measures

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
