Pros

The technology was amazing. Working in an environment that spanned telephones to software to servers was great. The people, like most places, are always the greatest asset a company will ever have. The pay was good...but at a cost.

Cons

Though the pay was good, an individual had to regularly sacrifice much of his / her personal life to complete the work (50 - 60 hours per week was not unusual for many). Transient executive leadership thought experienced and skilled employees could be replaced with almost anyone after six months on the job. This lack of respect for the people who touched the customers and products was displayed in the way they morphed employee reviews into a culling of the herd process....and ultimately the decision to outsource to 3rd party service providers.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
