Pros

Core products which are innovative, reliable, and best in breed. Highly skilled and loyal employees who want to make the customer happy. Flexibility to work Virtual Office. Culture which fosters team work and where you have access to industry experts.

Cons

Lack of relevant product and technology training. Questionable career advancement opportunity. Poor internal communication. Senior Management doesn't understand what individual contributors actually do. Managers so focued on revenue targets that they don't have time to actually manage their employees. Forced job sharing with low cost off-shore locations creating unnecessary hand-offs and increasing the risk of quality assurance issues.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
