Pros

Good Products, but behind the scene it is a complete mess. No support model, lots of cheap labor, hired to use a database for answers as long as u speak english

Cons

Company became private and now it's squeeze your engineers for each dollar as it is 3 for 1 in india, and Argentina the new cheap player in the market with engineers that can't differentiate between DSL, ISDN but company is going where it is cheap and removing the indian, stigma by hiring in south america

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
