      Pros

      Once had extremely qualified staff with years of experience.

      Cons

      Top level management took a company that was a market leader down the tubes. Big salaries at the top while the bean counters got rid of staff that knew the products and replaced with cheap overseas employees that didn't know the product, often didn't care and were really not that good.

      Pros

      The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

      Cons

      The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
