Pros

The money was outstanding !! Raises every 6 months til you top out. And the pay CANT be beat

Cons

Union. However Union worked , in a way, because the pay was the best , along with the benefits..( 100% company paid health vision and denatal for whole family) . Union didnt do their job in that when a few of us hired on as TERM employees, we all were told in the interview that it would be no less than 1 year and no more than 3. We were told by Union that since the contract was up we TERM newhires were " on the bargaining table " to be made PERM. We newhires stayed in constant contact with our stewards about being PERM and they said dont worry about it. On our 6th month, management got us newhires in an office and said it was job complete and that we were hired to be a transition for an office that was closed , and the employees from that office could move here. In our interviews, had management not HID THE TRUTH and stated WHY we were being hired, instead of ' helping with tansition of work', non of us wouold have WASTED 6 months of our lives.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
