Pros
Great mental stimulation! I rarely go a day without learning something new. There are challenges waiting for me everywhere. There are also some amazing people within Avaya that are always willing to help. It is almost like having a second family outside of your house.
Cons
The global economy is causing some insecurity among domestic jobs. The recent recession is also driving the company to try to do more with less people, so the workloads are more taxing now than they have been in the past.
