Pros

Great products, Very bright people in technical and middle-management ranks who have continued to make this company a leader in VOIP and Contact Center segments - despite many mis-steps by top leadership

Cons

Top leadership has no discernible vision or strategy to weather the current downturn or deal with changing dynamics within the telecom industry. This fact + Debt undertaken to finance pvt equity buyover is leading to continual layoffs and low employee morale.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
