-Solid Benefits -Love how they have earned Sabbaticals -Great people. I was part of a small team and everyone was great.
Cons
-The hiring process at Autodesk needs a lot of help. They are either wildly understaffed or they are trying to outsource too much of it. I can't imagine how many good candidates Autodesk loses due to their current HR processes. The people I spoke to and worked with were great, but expect to wait more than a month or two before your application moves along in the pipeline. Other employees described a similar experience. -The company supports many products, and as someone who sold a wide array of them, it was always a headache trying to find the information I needed to help customers. Internal resource organization was pretty poor.
