Because each of us have different needs and lifestyles, Autodesk offers a variety of benefits. A rewarding career and personal life depend in part on good health and peace of mind. Autodesk offers competitive compensation programs, high-quality health plans, and more as part of our Total Rewards program.
In addition to a challenging and satisfying career, we need time to relax with friends and family, as well as flexibility and support for personal needs. Sometimes it’s the little things that can make a difference, so we also offer other perks such as recognition and wellness reimbursement programs, paid volunteer time and donation matching, and other miscellaneous programs to help make life a little brighter.
Current and former employees report that Autodesk provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

They had amazing benefits all year around.
1k reimbursement per year for wellness
