So many different benefits and perks. Aside from the fabulous medical, dental and insurance they also have benifits for buying a new home to buying a recreational vehicle.
Autodesk is a company that treats their employees well. Benefits are pretty good and likely comparable to some of the best available. Don't expect paid transit, or mobile phone plans (unless you are senior enough, or have a legitimate need).
Autodesk offers a very good benefits package overall. In addition to the usual medical benefits, it offers a small fitness allowance, and a week of rest over the holiday period, which is much appreciated by everyone. The retirement savings plan is limited, but they do offer performance bonuses.
