They are very flexible - me and several co-workers are exclusive remote employees. Compensation is also quite high.
Work isn't particularly interesting. Autodesk likes to aquire companies, rather than doing something innovative themselves.
I have been working at Autodesk full-time
Interesting projects, competitive benefits and respectful company culture
Silos make it hard to collaborate across teams. Office politics may be higher than average. Lots of old timers who have a hard time with change.

I worked at Autodesk full-time
Productive and fun workplace, enjoyable work environment.
Flexible and open to suggestions.
Positions available to work remote (From home).
Great salary and benefits.
Amazing projects and great people.
Excellent training and opportunities to move up in positions with greater responsibility.
Regular reorganizations every 3 to 6 months so you are constantly bounced from one project to another.
No job security regardless of the years spent at the company.
Too many management changes.
I have been working at Autodesk full-time (More than 10 years)

Lots to learn, hundred of cool products and services many industries and professional designers and makers. Flexible work environment and transparent management.
Paradoxically, too many products can often lead to adverse brand identity and focus. Tightening up the product line and strategy and continued focus on cloud and mobile offerings should help.
