      -Amazing coworkers -Higher ups were very good to work with -Really fun projects -Felt truly valued -Remote and hybrid options, plus a wonderful work/life balance

      Cons

      -Lower pay -Health benefits could have been better -Priority seemed to be placed on giving projects to the Vancouver studio
