5 stars from me. Ive been with the marketing team for over five years, and one of the things I really enjoy is how much opportunity there is to grow and make an impact. The company is constantly evolving, which keeps things interesting. If you’re someone who likes variety and fast-moving environments, it’s a great fit. I've worked on everything from D2C campaigns to CX work.
What I’ve appreciated most is feeling like my voice matters. I’ve been encouraged to bring new ideas forward and actually make change happen—not just talk about it. Leadership is open to feedback, and there’s room to stretch beyond your job description if you want to.
It’s not always easy but t I’d take that over being bored or stuck in a rigid structure any day. Overall, it’s a place where you can really lean in and help shape what’s next.
