Flexible schedule. Work from home.

The job is super easy when you actually speak to real live customers but most calls come from internal sources. The last names: Beer, Weed, Khun is a great way to tell. From that point anything goes. They can then speak to you how ever they please. I've been called everything under the sun by co workers in my same pay grade 10-20 Times per day. I feel sorry for the poor ppl who continue to pass away each week. I really hope it has not the unnecessary stress from this job. Please be very cautious when applying, you are punished for doing your job correctly but hey it's a check & if you show up the monies there. Lots of clicks, micro management that include super jealousy. My worse jib ever but they pick & choose who to treat bad. So you might get lucky I doubt it. Good luck.

Pros

Training provided, tools and knowledge that help in various aspects, great intro to tech support or engineering.

Cons

Either you are overworked because the store is understaffed or not enough hours because too many part time people. Pay remains low even after years of experience, conditions for drivers doing mobile repairs can be sketchy, drivers during summer can get really hard, busy days can lead to 9-10 hours driving, a big push to be more sales focuses instead of tech repair focused. If there is already a manager; there’s not really a path to go from technician to manager or technician to corporate opportunities.
