Pros

I have nothing good to say!

Cons

Horrible management! Company use to be a great place to work prior to them enforcing this sale sale sale the HTP plan. That is literally all this company cares about, Nevermind their customers constantly calling for unresolved claims. Nope, doesn’t matter what the circumstances is, it’s sale sale sale. If not you are constantly badgered by their incompetent coaches with threats of corrective action, and or termination for lack of sales. I hope they end up with a class action lawsuit for this fraudulent warranty plan that they force the agents to peddle to their customers! Best decision ever to quit that job. Most are unhappy and have been driven to anxiety medication just to get through this horrid shift. They so not care about their employees at all. You only matter if you get sales. They want one sale per every 5 calls you take. On a 8 to 10 hour shift. You do the math!

Pros

Training provided, tools and knowledge that help in various aspects, great intro to tech support or engineering.

Cons

Either you are overworked because the store is understaffed or not enough hours because too many part time people. Pay remains low even after years of experience, conditions for drivers doing mobile repairs can be sketchy, drivers during summer can get really hard, busy days can lead to 9-10 hours driving, a big push to be more sales focuses instead of tech repair focused. If there is already a manager; there’s not really a path to go from technician to manager or technician to corporate opportunities.
