Pay was good if you hit all metrics. Sales mainly.
Cons
Sales expectations went from 2 in-home protection packages per week to 2 per day. If you aren't performing on sales, no matter how great your other metrics are, they'll find creative ways to punish you like making you work in a zoom room breakout room so they can listen to your calls and coach you on your offer during until you get a sale and can leave the breakout room. They'll also pull VTO capabilities if you don't get a sale before taking VTO. Had to get an OM involved when my VTO was pulled after having 1 bad week.
