Pros
*Unlimited PTO (sort of, you are pressured not to take any time off so just getting a week off is a pain) *That is about it. I really can't think of any other pros. This company is nothing special and it really is just a job. *Pay, if you are upper management. If not, then it really is a con.
Cons
*Medical coverage premiums are high compared to other companies *No free snacks or drinks (except for San Mateo which provides this, but the Nashville HQ gets nothing!) *No gym *High turnover, especially in IT where layoffs are common *Poor IT practices *Poor implementation of Agile Scrum *Most management is in place because they have been there forever or they are directly out of a Harvard or Vanderbilt B school. Really limits career growth potential. *You are expected to work 50+ hours a week *Too many contractors *Nepotism! You have families working here. This includes husband, wife and few even have their kids working here. This causes some serious political issues. Can't believe they allow this. *No 401k match for the first year
