Pros
My only pro is that I learned what I don’t want/need in a work environment
Cons
Imagine busting your butt for a company, turning numbers around, dealing with nonstop staffing issues, impossible production expectations, patients screaming, corporate pressure, doctors with zero communication, staying late constantly, fixing everyone else’s problems… just for them to quietly post your position online before even having a conversation with you 💀
No write ups. No coaching. No transparency. Nothing.
Like if there was an issue, why not act like adults and communicate it? Instead they move shady behind the scenes while still expecting you to carry the office on your back every day.
And the craziest part is they LOVE preaching “culture” and “support,” but the second metrics dip or leadership changes, it becomes survival mode and everyone starts protecting themselves instead of their teams.
I learned SO much there and honestly became way stronger professionally because of it, but the environment is genuinely exhausting. Everything revolves around production numbers and optics while managers are burning themselves out trying to keep offices afloat with barely enough staff or support.
Also the fact that they expect office managers to basically be therapist/recruiter/babysitter/HR/financial coordinator/firefighter all at once for pay that does NOT match the stress is insane 😭
Like I’m sorry but posting someone’s job before even giving them a conversation is such a gross way to handle employees. That alone told me everything I needed to know.
