Few questions about how to describe a deep cleaning. Also how would you get the patient to move forward with treatment. It was a lot of personal experience. If you are honest it will fall into place.

    How do you build relationships

Aspen Dental has always been about breaking down barriers, creating access to care for those that need it most in order to deliver on a very simple purpose: To help patients get the care they need, today. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our organization pivoted quickly, adopting new ways of working that balance the wellbeing of patients, team members and the communities we serve. With nearly 900 locations from coast-to-coast, Aspen Dental practices are open and reaffirming our long-standing commitment to safety with our Smile Wide, Smile Safe Promise. Of course, life at Aspen Dental is about dentistry, and so much more. It’s being part of a community that’s connected by a common purpose. It’s having a tribe that cheers you on. And it’s enjoying the support of a network that has your back, and backs you up. That support begins with ADMI, a healthcare support organization whose role is to care for the people who care for the patients. It’s a responsibility that goes far beyond functional support. At Aspen Dental, we’re driven by a simple purpose: Helping patients get the care they need, today. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re equally committed to protecting the wellbeing of our teams and doing our part to minimize the spread of the virus in the communities we serve. While many offices and our Practice Support Centers are currently operating with reduced staffing levels, our teams are still fully committed to providing patient care. Following guidance from the American Dental Association and state officials, Aspen Dental practices are currently focused on emergency or urgent care only. Remaining open to care for these patients will help alleviate stress that could otherwise fall to emergency departments, particularly as other dental care providers close their practices. So we believe our role is critical. The dedication of our team members makes us who we are, and we believe this will pass and our future is bright. It is with this optimism that we continue to build our team, so that when the restrictions lift and non-emergency patients return, we’ll be ready.
