      Fantastic colleagues - talented, supportive, friendly, helpful Really interesting projects Employee-ownership, which drives positive values, including pride in the quality of our work Good salary and benefits The Leeds office is a fabulous space in which to work

      The firm has lost its way a little. Some questionable senior promotion decisions, and emergence of a mutually back slapping leadership clique that believe their own publicity.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
