Pros
- Great benefits. 4 weeks of vacation plus you can choose to purchase an extra week. Sabbatical offered every few years as well. - Flexible/hybrid work - There's room for mobility across teams if you are interested in trying other roles - I really enjoy working and interacting with people from around the world
Cons
- In some specific teams, it does feel like leaders are slow to incorporate new technology and tools. I've seen some improvement in this area over the last year or so - Technical debt - Hard to make new connections in the local office. A lot of people keep to themselves
