Pros
You get to work with great people. I always feel like there's something new to learn. It's very hard to rest on your laurels as the pace of development moves ever onwards.
Cons
The amount of work sometimes feels never ending. It can feel like we're piling on technical debt. The new CEO is making changes with very little transparency. It definitely feels like the old culture at Arm is being eroded into something more akin to a silicon valley tech company. It might be for some people but it feels less like your opinion matters and everything is driven from the top.
