Thanks for leaving a review. Transparency and communication are only some of the values we pride ourselves on. Everyone genuinely is open to helping each other to help the company grow! Regarding flexible work, that is usually decided upon with each employee's line manager, so experiences will vary from employee to employee. We recently implmented a new AFDS log book, which allows more frequent communication between employee and manager.
