Thanks for leaving a review. All of our divisions have their pros and cons though salaries are not one of them. Salaries on average in the India PDG engineering group are the same as other groups though there will always be differences between the salaries of individuals at any level and in any group. A work from home option is up to your individual line manager, though most are generally flexible on this regard. I would encourage you to utilize the new AFDS system for more frequent feedback with your line manager, as improved communication may help with some of the issues you are experiencing.
