Thanks for leaving a review! There's a lot of new information and processes going around, so we thank you for being patient while everything gets implemented. The extra work and systems HR/IT are implementing will make things easier for everyone going forward. We do have the hands off management approach as you mentioned, which works for some and not others. That being said, the brand new AFDS that's been introduced should provide both candidates and line managers the opportunity to communicate more frequently. This allows both parties to have smaller course corrections throughout the year as opposed to once a year feedback which many employees feel can blindside them on their career development. -Rick C.
