Pros
In my very personal experience I'm lucky enough to work with a great bunch of people. The sheer amount of knowledge you can get working here as engineers has always been very appealing and the main reason why I work here.
Cons
During the years the management has lost the direction. Before the Nvidia acquisition announcement the communication felt much more transparent. Another issue is compensation and benefit. In the past years we lost a very unique benefit.
