"We Not I" - Senior Engineer Arm Employee Review

Company has a value called "We Not I". Bureaucracy inside the company uses this to exercise power on you. Hierarchies of flunkeys. The higher level management exercises controls through them. So, no matter how effective you are and how much you care for the team, if you don't obey the flunkeys, they criticize you for the "We not I" in their performance reviews. This puts high pressure on you for no reason. Of course the reason is to obey the flunkeys. But these usually push orders just to satisfy their ego, and most often they are nonsense. This, with the help of their masters, they baptize "We". Nevertheless, the company gives its fight for DEI. What a hypocrisy!
