Downward outlook - Engineer Arm Employee Review

The focus is strongly on an IPO, even if that impacts longer term shareholder value. The current “restructuring” has been handled poorly, morale is at rock bottom across the organisation. Junior staff have been badly impacted by changes to benefits and restructuring. Despite all of the bravado, the owning group appear to just wants a fast buck. The new CEO has failed to win the heart of the organisation.
