I have been working for ARM for more than two years now, and I truly believe that the company really cares about their employees. People are always helpful, and they are not judging based on the level of knowledge or business understanding, and that's something that helps people build confidence and progress in their career faster. It's a great place for early career employees, nice benefits and working hours flexibility. Option to work from home a few days a week.
Cons
* I am not able to work from my home country more than a couple of weeks, even though the UK government allows to work up until 6 months. * Graduate like programs might not lead you where you think. After rotating in various teams in a rotational program, I had to choose a team to join. Even though I joined a team for a year, and the team was supposed to be a candidate team for me to join after the program ended, by the end of it when I wanted to join them permanently I wasn't able to do it due to strategic needs and had to join another team.
