Pros
1) You're working on projects that have a huge impact on people's lives. 2) The company takes that responsibility very seriously and works hard to do the right thing. 3) Vacation and other leave policies are very good by US standards
Cons
Since ARM is no longer publicly traded, there is no stock-based compensation. There is a replacement in the works, but it's work in progress.
