Pros

Remote work, work from home, great supervisors and coworkers

Cons

Long shifts, minimal pay, no raises, no insentives to perform, outdated bonus system that is unattainable, very girly business structure that focuses on feelings instead of actual business. Not everyone is going to like you Dana get over it.

It’s extremely easy work. You just have to be able to spell correctly & have decent grammer.

Cons

it’s a dead end job. Only take this job if its your last resort.
