Pros

With a clear direction from the top and a friendly working environment together with flexible working, I found the life balance is the best I have had. To top this off there is a great ethos throughout the organisation and found everyone I have dealt with very friendly and focused on achieving the same goals. The company clearly values and looks after employees as great benefits are offered, one of which first attracted me is the training on offer.

Cons

The IT doesn't always work but in a large company there is always issue's like this.

Pros

The graduate scheme at Anglian Water offers a lot of support and development in the form of mentors, coaching, training etc, and as a graduate I'm given real responsibility to allow me to learn and help make a difference. Moving around the business through different placements every 3-4 months also means you get the chance to experience different teams, encourage collaboration and see where you fit best to work in the future. The company is also great to work for with a good culture and employee benefits.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind.
