Pros
A very ethical company that tries hard to target grevious illness when developing therapies. I got a very meaty summer project and full access to everyone at the company. People were open and friendly and very willing to help out someone with virtually no science background. Great experience.
Cons
It's located in Thousand Oaks, CA. It is a very data driven company and used to building consensus before moving forward on decisions. Occasionally there is a bit of information overload and you spend a lot of time vetting all your ideas/projects through other people.
