      Pros

      If you are a good match for the company's culture you can do quite well. A good match would include "being a good soldier". There are some very talented people working there- providing good contacts for next job!

      Cons

      If you are not impressed or satisfied by reduction of complex problems and situations to red-yellow-green buttons on dashboards, you'd probably fare better elsewhere.
