Pros
Awesome campus facilities, great pay and benefits, adequate work life balance. The 401k match is great, as are some of the long term incentives. Time off starts at 5 weeks (3 week vacation plus one summer and one winter shutdown)
Cons
Long product development cycle leads to occasional lay offs, recent focus on cost cutting by sending jobs outside of California with additional rounds of layoffs.
