      Vacation Benefits. 401K Match. Cafeterias. Facilities

      Cons

      Management is overbearing. Unqualified managers who jump to areas they are clueless on. Perception over reality (They would rather you argue a wrong point well than an accurate position average) Amgen Values are great in theory but not practiced. Business culture rather than Science Culture
