I feel so sad to write this review. 1. US colleagues do not understand how India employees work; It's key that the colleagues understand our culture, and respect our ways of working and our time zone. 2. Lack of alignment; leading to lack of transparency 3. Leadership style in the US; No freedom of speech and lack of open door policy and speak-up culture; constant fear of being impacted 4. Employees should be given an opportunity to express, which was missing
