      Friendly people, diverse group of intern, lots of events to meet other interns and senior employees

      Cons

      Miscommunication regarding compensation, often feel like a tiny fish in an enormous pond, lack of direction/responsibility in my department

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
