      401K match, pension, and great benefits Great potential for field sales bonus. 42% of salary is target, can be doubled to 85%

      Cons

      Company is always changing hiearchy depending on who is running the division. Changing from regional offices to zone then back to regional offices.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
